Cachet Hotel Group ("CHG") is an international hospitality branding and management company with offices in Los Angeles, Shanghai and Bangkok. CHG's mission is to be the leading innovative and socially responsible hospitability company in the Asia Pacific. With numerous projects under development, CHG is focused on establishing properties in Greater China, Southeast Asia and the Americas. Drawing on the 75 years of hospitality experience in our senior management team, and by placing innovation, luxury, personalization and fine dining at the core of our business model, we believe we can create a hotel business that will be both responsible and profitable.

Ultimately, we believe that by leveraging synergies available to us through our complementary business units, we can build awareness of CHG's portfolio of hotels, deepen customer relationships, and create valuable and enduring brand equity for hotel owners, developers and investors.

CHG's ambition is to expand our presence in Asia and elsewhere, concentrating on cities of the future as well as established business and leisure destinations: Singapore, Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, New York and Los Angeles.

Alexander Mirza

Alexander Mirza is the Chief Executive officer of CACHET Hotels. He has over 20 years of professional experience in hospitality development and management consulting in the travel sector. Mirza began his career in management consulting firms where he advised heads of state, the World Economic Forum, and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies specializing in the areas of globalization, technology innovation and new business innovation.

He commenced his management consulting career as a partner in Accenture's travel and practice where he advised the CEOs and Boards of leading airline, freight and logistics, hotel and real estate developers. After management consulting, Mirza joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide as Head of Strategic Planning, reporting to the CFO and CEO. While at Starwood he worked on luxury and lifestyle brands including the W and Westin brands, focusing on product innovations as well as the Chairman's corporate strategy for the board of directors. Mirza was subsequently SVP of Corporate Development at Hilton Worldwide, where he was a member of the senior operating team, reporting to the Global President and COO. At Hilton, his responsibilities included overseeing a $2 billion USD food and beverage business and negotiating restaurant partnerships. During his tenure at Hilton, Mirza was a member of the team that launched the Waldorf Astoria luxury brand. He also executed over 25 transactions with celebrity chefs and restaurant brands as well as luxury spa branding initiatives with luxury group LVMH Mirza also served as Chief of Staff to Caesars Entertainment Chairman Gary Loveman and spearheaded the company's non-gaming division and celebrity chef partnerships. Mirza has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters degree in international relations and a 1st class Bachelors degree with distinction from Queen's University at Kingston, Canada where he was an Aga Khan Foundation scholar. He resides in Los Angeles and Shanghai and serves on the boards of start-up companies and non-profit organizations based in Canada and South Asia.
